The house Cësa Ploner offers you cosy apartments with all comforts for your holiday in the Dolomites.

A warm welcome to the completely renovated house Cësa Ploner!

Our house is situated in a quiet position in the strategic village of Roncadizza: the village centre of Ortisei is only 1,5 km away, also Castelrotto and the Sciliar area are easily reachable.
We offer two spacious and comfortable apartments with parking facilities and a garden for sunbathing and relaxing in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage, ideal for your summer and winter holiday in the ski and hiking area Val Gardena. In winter a free ski bus takes you to the most popular ski slopes of the Dolomiti Superski ski area with access to the Sellaronda. The bus stop is only 200 m far from our house. Also in summer Cësa Ploner is in a convenient starting position for hikes and mountain tours in the Dolomites.

The modern and comfortable three-room apartment A has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed. In the elegant veranda, surrounded by glass windows, there is a dining table for pleasant evenings. You also have access to the furnished garden of the house.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with dishes and pots, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, electrical plate, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, bed and bath linen.
Free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. Our house also has a ski room with ski boot warmer, a washing machine and one parking space per apartment.

The modern four-room apartment B has three bedrooms (two double and one single), three bathrooms with shower and a living area with double sofa bed with direct access to the furnished private garden.
The apartment has been recently renovated in a modern alpine style, which guarantees you maximum holiday comfort. The modern kitchenette is equipped with dishes and pots, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, electrical plate, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, bed and bath linen.
Free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. Our house also has a ski room with ski boot warmer, a washing machine and one parking space per apartment.
Summer

Thanks to its ideal position in the heart of the Dolomites, the Val Gardena summer sports region offers numerous activities for holidaymakers. The variety of walking and hiking trails is endless and ranges from easy alpine hikes to challenging mountain tours and via ferratas. Many other sports like mountain biking, paragliding, climbing and Nordic walking will complete the range of activities.

As a guest of the Cësa Ploner in Roncadizza/Ortisei we are always at your disposal with helpful tips and suggestions for hikes and walks in the region as well as with trekking map material.
Our garden with barbecue is the ideal place to relax after a tough hike and indulge in sweet leisure activities.
In addition, the modern tennis centre with 4 indoor and 4 outdoor courts is located in the immediate vicinity (approx. 300 m) and can be used as often as you wish. As our guest you can also use the public indoor and outdoor swimming pool Mar Dolomit in the centre of Ortisei daily free of charge, the sauna is available twice a week.

Winter

In winter you can discover the surroundings of Ortisei on skis, snowboard, with snowshoes, touring skiing or simply on foot on a winter hike through the snow-covered landscape of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. With its connection to the Dolomiti Superski ski carousel, the Val Gardena holiday region offers plenty of variety for active holidaymakers. Skiing enthusiasts benefit from a variety of slopes for every level. Many traditional huts invite you to take a well-earned rest with local specialities.

As our guest in the Cësa Ploner you are in the middle of the ski area Val Gardena. The ski bus stop is 200 m away from the house and allows you a quick access to the slopes and lifts without using your car.
Furthermore we offer our guests some attractive inclusive services like the daily free entrance to the public indoor swimming pool Mar Dolomit in Ortisei. The associated sauna is at your disposal twice a week free of charge. Otherwise, you are welcome to use the modern tennis centre located in the immediate vicinity (approx. 300 m) with 4 indoor and 4 outdoor courts free of charge.

Position and arrival

Our house Cësa Ploner is situated in a quiet environment 1,5 km outside of the village Ortisei in Val Gardena and provides two fully equipped apartments with parking space. The quiet area, the nearby children's playgrounds and the riding stable turn Cësa Ploner into the ideal accommodation for a family holiday in Val Gardena. You will have daily free entrance to the public indoor and outdoor swimming pool in Ortisei. Twice a week you can also use the sauna. In the nearby tennis centre you can also play tennis as often as you like on 4 indoor and 4 outdoor courts.

How to reach Cësa Ploner:

By car you reach us via the Brennero motorway A22, exit Chiusa, direction Val Gardena. After approx. 16 km turn right at the sign with two big figures and finally on your left side there is the Gravina street.
If you travel by train from the North, there are good connections to Bressanone and to Chiusa or Bolzano. From there you reach Ortisei by bus. You can directly get off at the bus stop Roncadizza (100 m from our house).
